IM meetings

To all athletes and friends of the Langkawi IM 2008!

Our meetings will now be every Wednesday at 8.00pm at 'Sheela's Restauran' at Pantai Tengah.
Next week we will a short presentation of CEP compression stockings, Herba Life products and the NBC video of the 2005 Hawaii World Championship.
Mornings we recommend to meet at Tanja's 'The Red Tomato Cafe' at Pantai Cenang , where freshly baked bread, muesli and other delicious and healthy meals are waiting ...
The new route for ths year's IM is now following in major parts the Kuah -Airport highway, nice and rolling , but very, very hot!!! I'm going to try it out and then will report about my experiences!

Pre IronMan Race 2008 News

To all who might participate in the Langkawi IM 2008!

We have been appointed official partner of LIEM S/B, the IM organiser 2008 here in Langkawi.
In the next weeks, we will have once or twice a week athletes meeting and 'friendly get togethers' at "Sheela's Restaurant" at Pantai Tengah with IM videos from Hawaii, tips and tricks from experienced athletes, special IM buffets, sales of socks/apparel from CEP and Rising Sun and - hopefully- presentations from Powerbar and other IM sponsors.
We are also organising pre race training clinics in the coming weekends with familirisation trips to the original race course and some hours of cycling there, video analysis of your swimming, evening seminars rgd. training, nutrition etc.
